What we offer...
The graduate programme will consist of a maximum 4 six month training and development placements. Each six month placement will provide you with a challenging role and the opportunity to get to know the business in which you are placed. At the end of the two year period the objective is to offer successful graduates permanent positions. Remuneration after the completion of the graduate programme will reflect qualifications, position and normal large-company benefits. For the right candidates and subsequent employees fast tracking to senior positions is possible.
