We are seeking two Production Controllers to join our team.You will be responsible for organising and controlling teams to ensure that customer orders are packed and dispatched as per their specifications and within timescales.
In addition you will be required to liase with Sales, Ripening and Distribution teams and have some responsibilities for stock control.
The successful candidates will have good numerical skills, be PC literate, be a good communicator, and be highly organised with a hands on approach. This role will involve some weekend work so candidates must also be dedicated and committed to getting the job done.

JOB TITLE: Quality Assurance Manager
LOCATION: Coventry
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Quality Assurance Manager.
You will be responsible for managing a small team carrying out product quality checks, label quality and data checks, shelf life analysis, organoleptic testing, and equipment calibration checks. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills to effectively deal with customers, colleagues and suppliers to ensure that all incoming and outgoing products meets strict quality specifications. You must be PC literate, highly organised with a hands on approach, dedicated and committed. The role does involve some weekend work so candidates will need to be flexible in their approach to work. Some previous experience in a similar role within the food industry is advantageous although not essential.

JOB TITLE: Trainee Banana Ripener
LOCATION: Livingston
We are seeking two individuals to join us as Trainee Banana Ripeners. In this role you will be responsible for the ripening of bananas, stock control, customer continuity as well as the supervision of intake staff and forklift drivers. The successful candidates will be computer literate with a good knowledge of Excel. They will also possess good numerical skills and excellent organisational abilities. As this is a unique role, previous experience is not necessary, but you must be dedicated, committed and willing to learn. Full training will be provided.
