4 medium cut, square slices of white bread
2 heaped tsp. Dulce De Leche (Banoffee Toffee)
2 medium bananas
toasted chopped hazelnuts
50g (2oz) butter, melted
fromage frais to serve

Method

1.Put the sandwich maker on to heat.

2.Take 2 slices of the bread and spread with the Dulce De Leche.

3.Slice the bananas and arrange over the spread.  Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.

4.Cover each with a slice of bread and brush with melted butter. Place the bread butter side down in the sandwich maker, brush the other side with butter then close the lid.

5.Toast for 4-5 minutes or until the bread is golden and crisp.

6.Carefully remove from the machine, transfer to a board and cut in half.

Serve with the fromage frais.
