Chocolate and Banana Fondue
7oz/200g good dark chocolate
150ml/ ¼pint double or whipping cream
2-3tbsp. golden syrup or light soft brown sugar
4 small bananas, cut into medium slices
4oz/110g whole strawberries, washed
Other fruits to taste
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
- Place the chocolate, cream and syrup in a small - medium pan and heat through gently until quite smooth. Keep warm but do not let it boil.
- Prepare the fruits and serve in small bowls with the hot chocolate fondue and small cocktail sticks or tiny forks.
