Banana, Bacon and Peanut Butter Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 thick slices bread
  • 3 rashers lean back bacon
  • 1 heaped tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 small banana

Method

Preparation Time: None

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 1

 

  1. Toast the bread until golden.  Meanwhile grill the bacon. 
  2. Spread the peanut butter on one slice of toast.  Slice the banana and arrange over the peanut butter.
  3. Place the bacon on top cover with the second slice of toast, cut in half and enjoy.
