Great fruit, produced responsibly
Fyffes is one of the world’s largest fruit companies and Europe’s number 1 banana supplier, but what you really want to know is that our products are of great quality and that they are produced in the right way.
We all care about where our food comes from and how it’s produced, especially when it comes from the other side of the world. And whether it’s everyday fruit, organic or Fair Trade we want all our fruit to be produced in a way you’d approve of. So, as well as working to our own high standards, we’ve sought independent certification from the leading quality and ethical standards organisations. Some of these are listed below.
The aim is simple - to supply the best fruit produced responsibly under safe working conditions and fair labour practices and with the minimum environmental impact. Respect for human rights within our own operations and throughout our supply chain is at the core of how we do business at Fyffes. Fyffes supports human rights and is committed to the fair and ethical treatment of employees and the communities where our operations are located throughout the Company’s supply chain.

Modern Day Slavery in the Supply Chain
Fyffes is committed to maintaining the highest ethical business standards across its operations, and as such, does not tolerate any form of modern slavery or human trafficking.

Our Gender Pay Gap report is based on data as at 5 April 2019, at which point the number of employeeswas 448. This was made up of 239 males (53.3%) and 209 females (46.7%).
