Last year the nation was gripped by a Banana Bread Baking frenzy and we had some amazing entries into the Fyffes Great Banana Bread Bake Off.
This year we are back and bigger and bolder than ever before. But you’re all too good at baking banana bread now so we have a new challenge.
Introducing the 2021 Fyffes Great Banana Bake Off. This time around we want you to show us your best Fyffes banana-based desserts. There are categories to suit all and the competition opens for entries on the 14th of April.

Categories include Best Junior Baker (Under 12s), Best Junior Baker (13 – 17), Best Styling, Best Ingredients, Best Vegan, Best Gluten-Free.
Each #FyffesGBBO21 category will have an individual winner.
Ireland’s Greatest Banana Dessert Maker will be crowned as the overall winner from our pool of category winners and take home the grand prize of €1,000.
