Healthy Banana and Peanut Butter Ice Cream
- 3 very ripe Fyffes bananas, chopped and frozen
- 200g (1 5/8 cup) chunky peanut butter (choose a variety with no added sugar or salt)

- Mini chocolate chips
- Break the frozen bananas into pieces and place them in a blender.
- Add the peanut butter. Blend until creamy and smooth.
- Scoop the ice cream into bowls and top with chocolate chips. Serve immediately.
