Pineapple Coconut Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 80 g pineapple chunks drained
- 150 g pitted dates
- 100 g quick cooking rolled oats
- 50g unsweetened coconut flakes
Method
- Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until it forms a thick paste.
- Using about a tablespoon of the mixture, roll into balls.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until set.
