Spicy Kiwi Banana Smoothie
- 3 kiwi fruits
- 2 Fyffes bananas
- 180 ml milk (any milk is fine, try soy, almond, coconut etc)
- 180 ml low-fat yogurt
- 4 tbsp porridge oats
- 1 thumb sized piece of ginger, fresh
- Skin the kiwis – chop off the top and bottom, stand and slice off the edges.
- Peel the bananas.
- Chop or grate the ginger.
- Throw fruits, oats and ginger into a blender with the milk and yoghurt.
- Blend and serve.
