Short Terms and Conditions: Open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom aged 18+. Promotion takes place on 15th April 2026 only. To enter, participants must find one of the hidden “Golden Bananas” placed in public locations in Dublin or London and follow the instructions provided. Prizes: 4 winners will each receive a €250 voucher (or GBP 200). Full Terms and Conditions 1. This Promotion is open to legal residents of the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. 2. No purchase is necessary. 3. Promotion Date: The Promotion will take place on 15th April 2026 only. 4. How to Enter: Four (4) “Golden Bananas” will be hidden in publicly accessible locations – two (2) in Dublin, Ireland and two (2) in London, UK. Participants must locate a Golden Banana and follow the instructions provided with it (e.g. scanning a QR code or contacting the Promoter as directed). 5. Participants must behave responsibly at all times. Golden Bananas will not be hidden in unsafe or restricted areas; however, participants must not trespass on private property, enter hazardous locations, or act in a reckless or dangerous manner. Participants take part at their own risk. 6. Only the first person to correctly claim each Golden Banana in accordance with the instructions provided will be eligible to win a prize. 7. A maximum of one (1) prize per person is permitted. 8. Eligible claims will be verified by the Promoter. In the event of multiple claims or any dispute, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the winner based on the first valid claim received. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 9. The Prize: There are four (4) prizes available. Each prize consists of a €250 voucher (or GBP 200 for UK winners). 10. Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing provider, including any expiry dates, usage restrictions and limitations. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for vouchers once issued. 11. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted using the method outlined in the Golden Banana instructions. Failure to respond within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner. 12. It is the winner’s responsibility to provide accurate contact details for prize fulfilment. The Promoter accepts no liability for incorrect information. 13. Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered. 14. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its control make this necessary. 15. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity related to the Promotion without additional compensation. 16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any Golden Bananas or promotional materials that are lost, stolen, damaged, or removed prior to being claimed. 17. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, acts in a fraudulent or misleading manner, or behaves in a way that is contrary to the spirit of the Promotion. 18. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. 19. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. 20. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By participating, entrants agree to release Instagram/Meta from any responsibility or liability related to the Promotion. 21. Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion (such as name and contact details) will be processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Promotion, contacting winners and, where applicable, publicity. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 23. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland for participants entering in Ireland and by the laws of England and Wales for participants entering in the United Kingdom. Participants agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant territory in which they reside.
