Banana, Almond and Kale Smoothie
- 1 Fyffes banana, peeled, cut in half
- 1/2 an orange, peeled
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 35 g almonds
- 140 g torn kale leaves
- 60 ml unsweetened almond milk or coconut water
- Blend orange, dates, almonds, and 3 tbsp water at low speed until almonds are finely ground. Increase speed to high and blend until mixture is no longer grainy.
- Add banana, kale, almond milk, and 2 ice cubes and blend until the drink is smooth and thick.
