Fyffes Banana, Pineapple & Strawberry Smoothie Bowl
Keep frozen banana slices and strawberry halves in the freezer so you can make a refreshing smoothie every morning. Swap out honey for maple syrup for a vegan smoothie.
- 1 banana
- A handful strawberries
- 2 slices pineapple
- 125 ml (4 ¼ oz) coconut milk
- 1 tsp honey, optional

- Chia Seeds
- The night before, cut banana into chunks and place in a freezer bag. Hull strawberries and cut into halves, place in a freezer bag. Freeze overnight.
- To make the smoothie, place frozen banana and strawberries in a blender with the pineapple, coconut milk and honey. Blend until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into a bowl then decorate with slices of banana, pineapple and strawberry. Sprinkle with chia seeds then enjoy.
