Pineapple Salsa Guacamole
Ingredients
- 165 g chopped pineapple
- 4 avocados, pitted
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- 35 g chopped red onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt
- Coriander for garnish
Method
- In a large bowl, mash avocados until smooth and slightly chunky. Stir in lime juice, pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, and garlic and season with salt.
- Top with coriander and serve.
