Fyffes Pineapple Bread Pudding
- 5 slices bread, cubed
- 550 g crushed pineapple
- 110 g butter, melted
- 200 g white sugar
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- Preheat the oven to 165 degrees C.
- Arrange bread cubes in a 2-litre baking dish. Stir pineapple, melted butter, sugar, and eggs into the bread until well mixed. Cover the baking dish with aluminium foil.
- Bake until puffed and golden brown, about 1 hour.
