Fyffes Pineapple Carrot Salad
- 660 g crushed pineapple, drained
- 150 g coarsely grated carrots
- 100 g raisins
- 70 g mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1⁄4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Mix raisins, carrots, and pineapple together and set them aside.
- Stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and sugar and add to the raisin mixture.
- Refrigerate until served.
