Post Workout Pineapple Smoothie (dairy free)
Ingredients
- 1 Fyffes banana (fresh or frozen)
- 128 grams Fyffes pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- 30 grams cooked white beans (rinsed and drained)
- 2 tablespoons hulled hemp seeds
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
- ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
- 250 ml pure coconut water (depending on how thick/thin you like your smoothies)
- 1-2 pitted Medjool dates (optional for sweetness)
- Handful of ice (especially if you used fresh fruit!)
Method
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
